Peter is a seasoned board member and operational leader with over 20 years of experience across energy transition, infrastructure, maritime, and digital learning. He has led multiple transactions, business turnarounds, and post-deal integrations, typically under PE or private ownership where hands-on involvement matters.
His track record spans interim CEO and board roles across energy services, ed-tech, equipment rental, and offshore, with a focus on assembling strong management teams, professionalising operations, and driving growth through disciplined strategy.
Peter holds an MBA from Henley Business School (University of Reading) and completed executive programmes at IMD. He is an alumnus of the A.P. Moller Shipping Academy and served as an Officer of the Reserve in the Danish Royal Guards. He speaks Danish and English fluently, with working proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, French, and German.
