Einar brings over 35 years of energy industry experience, including more than 20 years in private equity, with a career focused on technologies that improve industrial efficiency and deliver measurable decarbonisation.
At HAVN, Einar guides the firm’s approach to integrating sustainability across the investment cycle and measuring the real-world impact of portfolio companies. He has led the development of methodologies for quantifying greenhouse-gas reductions and translating technical outcomes into credible impact reporting. Einar also created the proprietary emissions-impact assessment framework that was later spun out as MoreScope, where he now serves as Chairman of the Board.
Earlier in his career, Einar held senior executive roles across the offshore and energy sectors, spanning engineering, technology commercialisation, and corporate strategy.
