Einar has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, including over 20 years in private equity. His career has focused on advancing technologies that improve industrial efficiency and deliver measurable decarbonisation impact.

As Sustainability and Impact Advisor at HAVN Capital, Einar guides the firm’s approach to integrating sustainability across the investment cycle and measuring the real-world impact of portfolio companies. He has played a leading role in developing methodologies for quantifying greenhouse-gas reductions and translating technical outcomes into credible impact reporting.
 

Einar also led the creation of a proprietary emissions-impact assessment framework that was later spun out as Morescope, where he now serves as Chairperson of the Board.
 

Before moving into private equity, Einar held senior management and executive roles in the offshore and energy sectors, working across engineering, technology commercialisation, and corporate strategy.
